How We Approach Each Engagement
Every Heritage Compass service begins from the same starting point: your documents, your home, your pace. We do not arrive with a predetermined structure that must be imposed on your situation. Instead, we assess what you have, discuss what you want to achieve, and then work through it together.
The filing methodology we use has been developed and refined across more than 300 household sessions. It is flexible enough to handle the varied paperwork patterns of any individual life — some people keep everything, some keep almost nothing — while being consistent enough that the printed index produced at the end is always readable and useful.
For reading bundles and workshops, the same principle applies: the pace is yours, the conclusions are yours, and no one will pressure you toward any particular decision or next step.
Listen First
We begin by understanding what the client wants to sort, what already has a home, and what has been accumulating without one.
Organise by Category
Documents are sorted into broad, logical categories agreed with the client. Labels are clear, written in a font size that is easy to read.
Produce a Printed Index
At the close of every session, a printed index is prepared and handed to the client. It records only folder names and categories — no sensitive content.
Walk-Through and Close
Before leaving, the assistant walks the client through the completed system so they are fully comfortable using it independently.

Pre-Retirement Paperwork Sorting Session

A calm assistant visits your home and works alongside you to sort personal paperwork into a clear, labelled filing system. You retain complete control of every document throughout; the assistant does only the organisational work. The session concludes with a printed index that you keep alongside your files. No interpretation of any document's content is provided.
This service is particularly suited to individuals who have accumulated paperwork over many years — insurance correspondence, hospital receipts, identification copies, property records, utility contracts — and who would like to bring it into a coherent order without the pressure of working through it alone.

Retirement Reading Bundle Subscription

A six-month subscription that delivers a curated parcel of educational books and information sheets to your door every two weeks. Reading material is drawn from publicly available sources and educational publishers — pension-system overviews, healthcare pathway guides, personal record-keeping resources, and similar publicly accessible materials.
Subscribers may also attend an optional monthly reading-circle session, held online or at the Heritage Compass reading room on Charoenrat Road. This is a quiet discussion of the recent parcel's materials with other readers and a host. Attendance is entirely optional and carries no additional charge.

Service 03
Family Documentation Workshop
฿4,800 per workshop · Half-day · Home or reading room
A half-day workshop in which a family attends together to prepare a shared household documentation folder — important contacts, family records, scanned identification documents and emergency information. The workshop does not discuss finances, pensions or estate matters. Each family leaves with a labelled folder and a printed index of what they have organised.
This workshop is designed specifically so that more than one family member shares an understanding of where important household records are kept. The goal is that if one household member is unavailable, another can locate any document without difficulty.

Quality Review Process
After each session, the lead organiser reviews the printed index for completeness. Follow-up contact is made within 48 hours.

Questions arising after a session are answered by phone or email, typically within one working day.
