Cookie Policy

Last Updated: 20 April 2025  ·  Effective: 20 April 2025

This policy explains what cookies are, which cookies we use on this website, what they do, and how you can manage your preferences. We have kept this explanation as clear as possible so that you can make an informed decision.

1. What Is a Cookie?

A cookie is a small text file that a website stores on your device — computer, tablet, or phone — when you visit it. Cookies allow the website to remember information about your visit, such as whether you have accepted the cookie notice. They do not contain personal information on their own, but in some cases they can be combined with other data to identify you.

Cookies are widely used and are not inherently harmful. We aim to use only those cookies that are necessary for our website to work or that help us improve the experience for our visitors, with your consent where required.

2. Types of Cookies We Use

Essential Cookies

These cookies are required for the basic operation of this website. Without them, certain parts of the site may not function correctly. They do not require your consent under Thai law or prevailing web standards, as they are strictly necessary.

Analytics Cookies

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors interact with our website — for example, which pages are most frequently visited and how visitors navigate between pages. This information helps us improve the website. Analytics cookies are only set if you give your consent through our cookie notice. The data collected is aggregated and does not identify you personally.

Google Analytics data is retained for 14 months on Google's servers (the default setting). For more information, see Google's Privacy Policy.

Functional Cookies

We do not currently use any functional or preference-based cookies beyond those listed above. If this changes, this policy will be updated and you will be asked for fresh consent where required.

Marketing and Advertising Cookies

We do not use any marketing, advertising, or tracking cookies. We do not engage in targeted advertising and do not share data with advertising networks.

3. How We Seek Your Consent

When you first visit our homepage, a cookie notice appears at the bottom of the page. You may accept or decline non-essential cookies. Your choice is stored in the hc_cookie_consent cookie so that the notice does not appear on subsequent visits.

4. How to Manage Cookies in Your Browser

In addition to using our cookie notice, you may manage cookies directly through your browser settings. Most browsers allow you to view, delete, and block cookies. Below are links to guidance for the most common browsers:

Please note that blocking all cookies may affect the functionality of this and other websites you visit.

5. Cookies and the Google Maps Embed

Our homepage includes an embedded Google Maps panel showing our office location. When this panel loads, Google may set cookies on your device in accordance with its own cookie practices. We do not control these cookies. If you prefer not to receive Google Maps cookies, you may block third-party cookies in your browser settings; the map panel will not display, but all other content will remain fully available.

6. Do Not Track

Some browsers offer a "Do Not Track" (DNT) signal. Our website does not currently respond to DNT signals in a standardised way, as there is no agreed technical standard for doing so. We encourage you to use the cookie preference controls described above if you wish to limit data collection.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time. The date at the top of the page shows when it was last revised. Significant changes will be noted on our homepage for 30 days following the update. Continued use of the website after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
